About Ninetales Ninetales is the evolved form of Vulpix and retains its Fire-type classification as the Fox Pokémon. This Pokémon is larger and more majestic than its pre-evolved form, Vulpix. Ninetales is known for its intelligence, grace, and ability to manipulate fire with its nine beautiful tails. Its Fire-type moves give it an advantage against Grass, Bug, Ice, and Steel-type Pokémon, but it is weak against Water, Rock, and Ground-type Pokémon.
Evolution Ninetales evolves from Vulpix when exposed to a Fire Stone. In the Alola region, Vulpix evolves into Alolan Ninetales when exposed to an Ice Stone. The Alolan Ninetales form is an Ice/Fairy-type Pokémon.
Training and Experience Gain To strengthen Ninetales, focus on battles against Grass, Bug, Ice, and Steel-type Pokémon to gain an advantage and increased experience points. Defeat wild Pokémon and participate in trainer battles to help Ninetales level up faster.
