About Voltorb Voltorb is an Electric-type Pokémon known as the Ball Pokémon. It resembles a spherical Poké Ball, making it difficult to differentiate from the actual item at first glance. Voltorb’s body is actually an electrically charged plasma, and it can generate and store electrical energy within itself. Due to its deceptive appearance, many Trainers have accidentally picked up Voltorb thinking it was a Poké Ball. When threatened or disturbed, Voltorb will release stored electrical energy, causing severe shocks to its surroundings. As a result, it is essential to handle Voltorb with caution. Despite its aggressive nature, Voltorb can be tamed and trained effectively to become a powerful Electric-type Pokémon. It is often found in power plants and industrial areas, where electricity is abundant. As an Electric-type Pokémon, Voltorb has an advantage against Water and Flying-type Pokémon, but it is weak against Ground-type Pokémon.
Evolution Voltorb does not evolve into or from any other Pokémon.
Training and Experience Gain To train Voltorb effectively, focus on battles against Water and Flying-type Pokémon to gain an advantage and increased experience points. Defeat wild Pokémon and participate in trainer battles to help Voltorb level up faster.
