About Primeape Primeape is the evolved form of Mankey and retains its Fighting-type as the Pig Monkey Pokémon. This Pokémon is larger, more aggressive, and more powerful than its pre-evolved form, Mankey. Primeape is known for its hot temper and the red streak on its forehead that grows darker when it gets angry. Its furious attacks are fueled by its intense rage. Its Fighting-type moves give it an advantage against Normal, Rock, Ice, Dark, and Steel-type Pokémon, but it is weak against Flying, Psychic, and Fairy-type Pokémon.
Evolution Primeape is the final evolved form of Mankey.
