Pokémon Scarlet and Violet are two role-playing video games developed by Game Freak and published by Nintendo and The Pokémon Company for the Nintendo Switch. They are the first installments in the ninth generation of the Pokémon video game series. Scarlet and Violet take place in an open world unlike previous Pokémon installments. The games take place in the Paldea region, based on the Iberian Peninsula. One of the exciting storylines that players can choose to follow is called the Starfall Street questline.
To unlock the main quest of Starfall Street, players must first reach the Naranja/Uva Academy and meet Cassiopeia who will contact the player and explain the details for Operation: Starfall. The storyline of Starfall Street is a separate story where you have to help stop Team Star, a group of school delinquents you’ll have to challenge in the Starfall Street story. The main aim of Starfall Street is Operational Starfall, where you’re asked by a mysterious caller to infiltrate the Team Star Bases and take them down one by one.
Before you can battle each squad leader, you must first battle your way through their respective bases. This involves defeating their Pokémon teams, which are made up of various types depending on the squad’s specialty. For example, Giacomo’s Dark Crew specializes in Dark-type Pokémon, while Mela’s Fire Crew specializes in Fire-type Pokémon.
The team is made up of various squads, each led by their own boss. The squad leaders are:
Giacomo, Mela, Atticus, Ortega, and Eri. Each squad specializes in a certain type of Pokémon, such as Dark, Fire, Poison, Fairy, and Fighting respectively. Giacomo leads the Dark Crew of Team Star. His team consists of Pawniard (level 21) with Defiant ability and attacks such as Metal Claw, Fury Cutter, Aerial Ace, and Snarl1. Mela leads the Fire Crew of Team Star. Her team consists of Torkoal (level 27) with Drought ability1. Atticus leads the Poison Crew of Team Star. Ortega leads the Fairy Crew of Team Star. Eri leads the Fighting Crew of Team Star.
The best order to take on the different squads is Dark Crew and Giacomo of Team Star, Fire Crew and Mela of Team Star, Poison Crew and Atticus of Team Star, Fairy Crew and Ortega of Team Star, Fighting Crew and Eri of Team Star. With each squad defeat, players will unlock various rewards such as TMs and LP points.
To defeat Cassiopeia, players must first defeat all five of Team Star’s leaders. Cassiopeia will then tell you to meet them at the school where they’ll reveal their identity and battle you. Players should be around level 60 before starting this battle. Cassiopeia isn’t a specialist of any one typing and therefore has no direct counters. Their party consists of a mix of Pokémon types ranging from Ghost to Fire/Ghost and Grass/Ice.
The end battle takes place after defeating Cassiopeia (Director Clavell). Players will then face Cassiopeia (Penny) who uses Eevee evolutions. Her party consists:

Leafeon(Level 62 )
Jolteon(Level 62 )
Sylveon (tera Type Fairy) (Level 63)
To defeat her it is recommended to use Bug-, Grass-, Fighting-, Flying-, or Fairy-type Pokémon3. Once you beat Penny, some cutscenes will play. If you meet her on the steps (as the game instructs you to), she will hand over TM169 (Draco Meteor), an extremely powerful dragon-type move.
Once Penny is defeated, the chapter will come to a close. However, before it ends, the entire team will come together for an emotional reunion. Director Clavell will both reprimand and reward this endearing group. After a final cutscene, the Starfall Street questline will conclude.
